Daeil Tech Co., Ltd., a leader in the eco-friendly Roadblock industry, held a completion ceremony for a new plant at Eumseong Biodeok Industrial Complex with the world's first "SUPER BLOCK" automation machine.


Daeil Tech unveiled the super block automatic molding system at the completion ceremony held at the Saenggeuk Industrial Complex in Sinyang-ri, Saenggeuk-myeon, Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do on the 3rd.

Daeil Tech, invested 10 billion won in the construction of a new super block factory, previously registered 3D hole block and super block, which are patented eco-friendly road blocks, as excellent products of the Public Procurement Service in 2015. The company said it expects sales of more than 15 billion won this year.

The new factory with the automatic molding system consists of a factory building, a research building, and an office building with a total floor area of 2,880㎡ on a 22,737㎡ site.

In particular, on the factory site where 3D hole blocks and super blocks were installed, automated "fine dust removal and air gap securing equipment" demonstrated to remove fine dust adsorbed on the block, drawing attention. It is an automated machine that removes fine dust inhaled along with rainwater into the water permeable block and is a patent of Daeil Tech.

Baek Won-ok, CEO of Daeil Tech, who organized the completion ceremony, said, "The super block that saves the Earth is an ultra-high-strength permeable block that sufficiently functions as a road block." "It is the best product in the world as well as in Korea, and it is competitive enough internationally," he said with a bright outlook. At the completion ceremony, Cho Byung-ok, Eumseong-gun County Governor, Kyung Dae-soo, Chungcheongbuk-do Province Economic and Trade Bureau Director Maeng Kyung-jae, and Ko In-seok, head of the Seoul Institute of Technology, attended and toured the factory automation system.

Meanwhile, Daeil Tech has been highly evaluated so far for constructing a roadblock on a four-lane road in front of Jochiwon Station in Sejong City in 2017 for the first time in the world.
